How to unsubscribe from Individual Motivation

Here is how a healthcare worker can stop receiving emails on their individual hand hygiene.

1. Open any of the individual motivation emails. 
   
2. At the bottom of the email, click "Unsubscribe" (this might be translated into a local language) 
   
   
3. A browser window will open and confirm that the user has now been unsubscribed.

Now the user will not receive Individual motivation emails. 

If the user wishes to sign up again, they should follow these guidelines.
